Shopping at The Cannabis Seedbank is easy-peasy by just browsing on our webshop through categories, select a product option if needed and click the 'add to cart'-button. After adding one or more products, you can review your cart and place your order. A more detailed instruction can be found here.
Providing you contact us before your order is dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making the order, you should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, email or call us with your order number to hand. If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for you. If it has already been dispatched there is nothing we can do. You can refer to our returns policy for the next stage. When changing your order, please give us a call as soon as possible, preferably right after your order. We will review your order and see if it's still possible and inform you about any further instructions if needed.
We offer a number of payment methods to suit our customers. The most common way of ordering any item from us is with our credit card option (please note we only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards). This option is the quickest way of pushing your order through and having it processed and dispatched as soon as possible. The Cannabis Seedbank has a range of shipping methods to suit both our national and international customers. These vary in cost and delivery time. Depending where you are situated, we use UPS, DHL or Royal Mail for shipping your packages. For shipments within Europe, the estimated time is usually 1 to 5 working days. For anything outside of Europe, it can take up to 10 days. These times may vary due to external circumstances such as weather or customs. For registered users, please log in to your account and go to the order history section on your dashboard. For guest orders, you can check the status of your order on the track your order page by filling in your order number, last name, email address or ZIP code.

To change your address, please login to your account and go to the addresses section on your dashboard. If you're trying to change an address for a recent order, give us a call as soon as possible. After your order is processed, it is not possible to change the address of your order.
Picking up orders from location is not possible at this moment. All of our orders are sent in discreet packaging; typically plain envelopes or brown boxes. There is no reference to the website featured on the package, and the label will display a delivery address only.
If you wish to return an item for any reason you can do so, but you must first confirm that this is possible by contacting The Cannabis Seedbank via email info@thecannabisseedbank.com or by phone EU +31 85 001 2087 or US +1 415 338 9082. Any goods returned to us without prior consent are sent back to you at your cost.
You must ensure that you return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a new or unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items but the shipping is non-refundable.
Cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs. Germination of seeds is still illegal in many countries. Be informed before you purchase on our webshop. By purchasing, you are indicating that you have reached the age of majority where you live, and are aware of your local laws. You also waive any liability towards The Cannabis Seedbank if you act outside your laws. We are not trying to persuade anyone to break the law.
You don't need to register for an account on The Cannabis Seedbank, however when you do have an account it is much easier to look into your recent orders and also makes the ordering process a lot faster.
We pride ourselves on a second-to-none security system, as provided by Comodo, which uses 256-bit Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure that your personal information is transferred to us safely. At no point do we see your card details and we do not have access to them. They are stored on a secure server and are encrypted for your protection
